Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had rooms that were smaller than expected but beautiful, spacious, and clean with a modern style. The service was friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location was excellent, being close to shops and restaurants. The dining experience had limited choices but was beautifully presented. Overall, it was a good value for money stay.
My stay at this hotel was quite mixed. On one hand, the central location in Banff town was convenient, but the rooms had a musty smell, and the noise from the rooftop air-condition units was bothersome as I couldn't open the windows. The service was excellent, with helpful staff assisting us with activities and offering a discount voucher for winter equipment rental. The hotel's proximity to downtown Banff was a huge plus, making it easy to explore the area without needing to drive. However, the dining options were limited to a small coffee shop or restaurant with few breakfast choices.
This hotel was a perfect set-up for my stay. The rooms were great, easy to check in, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space, especially with the beds upstairs and a separate sitting area. The shower was superb and the jacuzzi and sauna were fabulous. The hotel was ideal for a week's holiday, especially with a teenage son. The staff was very helpful, particularly with the limited parking clearance.
The hotel was quite far away and required 2 lifts to get there from the car park, but the rooms were big and very clean, spacious for our little army. Depending on their location, the rooms probably are not as bad. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, with super friendly touches at both check-in and check-out, even from the Manager. The location was great for shopping along Mainstreet, popping in and out anytime, and being close to everything. While it was perfect as there are many surrounding restaurants and a short walk downtown, parking over 3 blocks away to find 24-hour parking was a downside. The dining experience was nice, beautifully made and presented on the mornings we were there, making a great start to the day sitting by the outside fire pit. The facilities felt spacious and clean, providing a pleasant stay all around.
The hotel offers a great view from the rooms with lots of windows, but lacks personality and can be a bit noisy. Some rooms have no views and are not well-equipped with toiletries. The staff can be slow to respond at times. However, they are incredibly friendly, and the location is A+. The access to certain rooms might be dark, but the hotel offers excellent services like laundry, shuttle service, and pet amenities.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and comfy, unlike what I usually find on a skiing holiday. They were well-equipped with a comfortable bed, although I was expecting some weights that weren't available, just a bike and a treadmill. The view from the room was partially blocked by another hotel and a construction crane, but I could still catch a glimpse of the mountain peak.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spotlessly clean, with fluffy towels and toiletries provided, but the noise from the many guests, especially children, made it hard to sleep. The homemade cakes and hearty breakfast were a nice touch, along with the access to a washing machine for hikers like me. However, I found the prices to be a bit high for what was offered.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, although beautifully decorated and featuring a large bathroom and a comfy bed, suffered from excessive noise levels, making it hard to rest peacefully. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very helpful and accommodating. The location was convenient for exploring the area on foot, yet there were cleanliness issues and air conditioning problems in the room. The dining experience was delightful, with lovely and filling meals offered, and the overall facilities were satisfactory.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern and clean, and the staff was friendly and super considerate. The location was great, right on the main street near bars, restaurants, and public transport. The dining experience was fantastic with delicious meals that made my mornings enjoyable.
The hotel is centrally located in town, close to various stores and restaurants. The rooms, although smaller than expected, cater to all needs, but renovation works are ongoing. The service was mixed, with a mostly friendly approach, yet some rudeness noted. The location offers great accessibility to key attractions, with some distance from the main street. The dining options were satisfactory, with limited choices but good value for money.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms had lots of windows with a beautiful view, products to keep me going, a hairdryer, and a very comfortable bed. The service was exceptional, with the manager personally ensuring everything was perfect. The location couldn't be better for skiing and exploring the town. The dining experience was delightful with varied options daily. The facilities were top-notch, especially the outside fire pit. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
